A Step Ahead Group is a 501 (c) (3) non profit corporation that provides youth, adult and professional services to the community. Our focus is concentrated on charter and public schools. We have set goals to help close the achievement gap by providing students with the resources they need to succeed.

If you are a charter or public school in the area and are in need of supplemental educational services, then contact us today. We are currently scheduling programs for public school academies across Southeast Michigan for the summer session and the 2013-2014 school year.
Services Offered for 2013 Summer School Programs and 2013-2014 School Year:
S.T.E.P.S. - After school programs for at risk youth that could focus on conflict resolution, improving grades or decreasing suspensions.
Professional Development - For teachers to gain more teaching techniques that will engage at risk youth. We use incentives to motivate teachers to perform at a high level when faced with a troubled student.
Motivational Speaking - Topics include: Drug and Alcohol Prevention, Violence Prevention, Student Athlete vs Athlete Student, Confidence Building and much more.
